Shilpa Strong, President

CSM, MBA

Shilpa Savant Strong is a highly accomplished executive with deep expertise in Innovation, Business Transformations, P&L Management, Strategic Planning, Operations, Investor Relations, and Insurance Underwriting. She began her career at Swiss Re in Zurich and later worked for Munich Re, Quanta Capital Holdings, and AIG before joining Ariel Partners, where she has served as President for eleven years. With 25+ years of leadership experience, she has managed global teams across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Shilpa Savant Strong is an accomplished executive with expertise in Innovation, Business Transformation, P&L Management, Strategy, Operations, Investor Relations, and Insurance Underwriting. Craeg Strong, CTO

Craeg Strong is the CTO of Ariel Partners. He teaches Kanban and Human-Centered Design and coaches teams across NYC in adopting Agile and Kanban practices. With 25 years in IT, beginning at Project Athena at MIT, he has implemented Agile and DevOps on large commercial and government projects, delivering new capabilities and major cost efficiencies. As a hands-on software architect, trainer, and agile coach, he helps organizations overcome barriers to adopting modern technologies such as cloud. He also led the transformation of a major FBI criminal justice program from waterfall and manual processes to agile methods and full DevOps automation.

Juliann McGowan, Director of Operations

Juliann McGowan is an Operations Executive with 20+ years of experience solving complex organizational challenges. She brings cross-functional expertise in hiring and staff management, finance, HR, technology systems, and productivity improvement. With multi-site leadership across U.S. East and West Coast offices and international locations in Kuala Lumpur and Dhaka, she excels in developing, budgeting, and executing departmental plans, including space and equipment management.
